Having worked closely with Chef Daniel Boulud in kitchens of great repute, including Michelin-starred DANIEL and Brasserie Boulud Dubai, he leads the region’s debut Café Boulud with confidence and creativity, crafting seasonal menus that honour tradition, while embracing exceptional Saudi produce.
